Laser Hair Removal

Hair Reduction

Advanced Hybrid Laser System (Diode & Alexandrite)

How it works:

Our advanced laser hair removal system combines diode laser technology with alexandrite laser wavelengths, alongside SHR (Super Hair Removal) technology, to deliver highly effective and non-invasive hair reduction.

This dual-wavelength approach allows the treatment to target hair follicles at different depths within the skin, enhancing precision and improving overall treatment efficacy. The alexandrite wavelength is particularly effective for more superficial hair, while the diode wavelength penetrates deeper to target follicles located further beneath the skin surface.

Both wavelengths work by delivering concentrated light energy that is absorbed by the pigment (melanin) in the hair follicle. This energy is converted into heat, which weakens and progressively disables the follicle, inhibiting future hair growth.

SHR is an advanced method that makes the treatment faster, gentler, and more comfortable compared to traditional systems. It uses multiple low-energy pulses delivered at a high frequency, gradually heating the hair follicle and surrounding tissue to an effective temperature. Because the energy is applied progressively, the treatment is more comfortable and suitable for a wider range of skin types.

How many sessions are needed?

Laser hair reduction is most effective during the active growth phase (anagen phase) of the hair cycle. Since not all hairs are in this phase at the same time, multiple treatment sessions are necessary to achieve optimal and long-lasting results.

The number of sessions also depends on your individual hair and skin type, as well as the area being treated. During your personalized consultation, we will evaluate your skin tone, hair density, and growth patterns to recommend the optimal number of treatments for best results.

What type of hair is treatable?

Laser hair removal is most effective on individuals with lighter skin tones and darker hair; however, the combination of diode and alexandrite technologies, together with SHR, allows for safer and more effective treatment across a broader range of skin tones and hair types.

The treatment targets melanin, the pigment in hair. Darker hair absorbs more laser energy, making the process more effective. A higher contrast between hair and skin tone also improves targeting precision.

As a result, this technology works best on black, dark brown, brown, and dark blonde hair. Very light blonde, red, grey, or white hairs contain minimal melanin, which makes them more challenging to treat. However, in some cases, underlying pigment below the skin surface may still respond to treatment; this is something we carefully assess during your consultation.

Is it permanent?

Laser hair reduction with combined diode and alexandrite technology, provides significant and long-lasting hair reduction while leaving the skin noticeably smoother. However, because hair grows in cycles, it is not always possible to target every hair during the active growth phase (anagen phase) in each session.

As a result, some hair may gradually regrow over time. If this occurs, it is typically finer, lighter, and less noticeable. Occasional maintenance sessions can be performed to preserve optimal results.
